We like to cook, but only when we feel like cooking. The wife wanted a low-key evening, and it doesn’t get much easier than cast-iron steak with deli sides.
She has grand plans for the weekend though. Something do with chicken, and broccoli with cheese sauce.
She started some dough last night, then woke up at 6:00am to start cast-iron flatbread. Coffee and snacks and buttered flatbread this morning.
