For Thursday we will share a large thick cut butter flied pork chop done on a cast iron skillet. It will be served with air fryer done spud chunks and a vegetable. Can't forget the malt vinegar for the spud chunks.

It does taste nice. Zest of one lemon, handful of dill and add crème fraiche. That's the sauce. Just three ingredients. Enjoy
