I'm not a doctor obviously but it could be a benign mass, which is something quite a few adults get as they age. Completely harmless and only found when issues like this occur. It could be a part of the appendix that's broken lose, or even a small cyst. What you're worried it might be is against the odds. Think positively my friend and imagine how much better you'll be feeling soon when it all turns out okay.
Let's see how it goes. I'm worried a lot, but not on my own.

Called my pediatric doctor that Just have for my daughter, he told me that it maybe from the appendix, that caused that, little by little, and that's why I had this clinical picture (not very severe pain).

Also a great gasterologist that we have told my wife that he wants to see the CT scan first, but that is difficult for now because I had done it previously the appendix surgery and in another hospital. There they told me that I should pay around 4000€ to make this kind of surgery, so I decided to go to another hospital without waiting the results, the situation was difficult.

Also he told, that if the mass is soft, because here I was told it is soft, not to worry and doesn't sound bad.

Remember that you can only do justice to worrying if you only worry about one thing at a time.

I write this in all sincerity: I think Monty Python put it very well in their song ‘Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life’; the words of the first two verses and chorus sum it up:

”Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse
When you’re chewing on life’s gristle
Don’t grumble, give a whistle
And this’ll help things turn out for the best
And
Always look on the bright side of life
Always look on the bright side of life

If life seems jolly rotten
There’s something you’ve forgotten
And that’s to laugh and smile and dance and sing
When you’re feeling in the dumps
Don’t be silly chumps
Just purse your lips and whistle that’s the thing
And
Always look on the bright side of life
Always look on the bright side of life”

Update: Still in hospital, feeling much better, I ate today mushed potatoes with chicken.

Doctor told me he wants me to fully recover before I get home. He told me to check that mass on the edge of the blind bowel, I could write it differently but I won't. He could press it, it is softer that a tennis ball when you squeeze it. I must make a CT scan again and find the first one I did before the surgery. Further, a colonoscopy.

A theory says it is harmful, a lump, or just a system reaction (plastron) to cover the infection of the appendix that's why I wouldn't hurt so much prior the surgery. But no one could tell you different to scare you of course.

But, now all people here and my wife think I must visit a psychiatric because I'm losing my mind from my thoughts. I think it is dangerous etc. I'm reading a lot of bad articles on the internet and my blood pressure went up to sky.

The worst thing you can do is read articles on the internet. They will just fuel your imagination. I think you may need to speak to a therapist about your anxiety. It’s normal to worry about health but you seem to be jumping to conclusions a lot, and that isn’t good for you long term.

And only bad conclusions, never positive. I don't know how many articles I have read.

Stop reading articles on the internet. Talk to your physician(s) and your other health care providers: ask questions, listen to them, tell them how you feel mentally and emotionally; if they are uncertain, don’t answer your questions or explain things satisfactorily you can request a second opinion. My experience with the health care system (2 cancers and pacemaker) that you have to be your own advocate at times. The health care system is under pressure, but my oncologist said to me at my first appointment that he usually runs late for his appointments because he won’t go to his next one until he is satisfied that the patient he is seeing is satIsfied.

Yes. Some worry is normal but from what I’ve been reading it’s gone beyond that for you. There’s a bit of a stigma about mental health and it’s silly really, sometimes people need help and seeking it is not a sign of weakness.
This is not just a worry. And if I continue like this, I will do damage in the future.
