I have a Delonghi espresso machine but mainly use a Moka pot bought when out in Italy. It is the traditional way to make coffee in Italy and bought one out there. You don't get a crema as low pressure is involved but it does fill your kitchen with a gorgeous aroma!

Occasionally use aeropress, sowden, French press or moka for fun.

I sold the Oscar and Rocky that was mentioned all the way back in July...they went courtesy of a UK coffee forum. Am delivering them both in a few days when going "up country" (as they seem to say down here:)).

Replaced with an ECM Mechanika IV Profi heat exchanger machine and a Eureka Olympus 75 High Speed grinder. Both take a while to get used to but both are lovely machines to use. Both also entirely unnecessary in the grand scheme of things but both give much pleasure to use and to enjoy what they produce. A sort of a hobby in a way I suppose. Not that much different to other things we do, and pay good money to enjoy maybe...?
