I have a mental image of a flight with the hold luggage stuffed completely full with straights and razor blades :-P

You might learn something from the London Coffee Festival in Brick Lane - March 28th this year. Last year it was packed to the roof with long queues for 3 days. Coffee needs water and some disposal system, but many exhibitors were offering cups of coffee. Wet shaving needs water, obviously, if there are to be any live shaving facilities, maybe even competitions. Plus some kind of serious sanitising facilities if attendees are going to try anything. Otherwise it would be just stalls like a camera fair.
Whilst it would be nice to have all this, the cost and organisation required would be totally disproportionate for a meet-up not being attended by thousands of paying guests.

With a little imagination and some basic AV kit there's plenty that can be done to keep folks occupied for an afternoon. Reports on similar events in the US give an idea of can be done

If Wayne hosts a meet up in Leeds, with a visit at Elland Road for some fotball I'm on:laugh:
5 mins from my work, so it would get my vote to meet a few people.

I’m assuming Wayne’s bin man will be a vendor, selling lightly used items, rather than a regular visitor.

All we really need is a decent sized room in a decent pub for a private function. We then have Drink, Food, room for a couple of Artians if they want to come and if it has a hotel close by that's perfect. I would doubt a turn out above 30 due to travelling and cost
