Just out of the Oven - Roast Guinea Fowl, nice size for Two.
Had it with Swede/Carrot mash, mixed Veg, gravy & redcurrant jelly.

Today it will be shaved Sikorski GandPa Polish deli ham and Armstrong Swiss Cheese in Canadian Rye bread sandwiches served with air fryer done French fries and malt vinegar for the fries.

Tuesday's dinner will be a takeout Canadian style pizza from a locally owned independent pizzeria. They make their Canadian style pizza with a drizzle of maple syrup on it.

Buttery Lemon and Garlic King Prawn Linguine, with Pecorino Cheese and Chilli Flakes. Washed down with my favourite Artisan Italian Cider
Angioletti Riserva Italian cider, which just so happens to be the perfect accompaniment to any fish dish.

Not sure what we’re having exactly, but was asked to employ my knife skills on the last of the runner beans - so sliced runner beans with something
