We are having store bought perogies and cabbage rolls done in a cast iron skillet with lots of sour cream to go with the perogies. Yes, there will also be HP sauce for the Cabbage rolls.

For Friday, it will be shaved seasoned Angus roast beef on whole wheat rye bread and air fryer done French fries. The sandwiches will also have Dijon mustard and the French fries will have malt vinegar.
