Fired up the GreenEgg today and did a pair of chicken breasts with a tiny grass-fed Uruguayan tenderloin. Marinaded with some fresh smashed garlic, herbs, white wine, soy, mustard, curry, salt & pepper. Potato salad from the local deli.

Tonight it is Bratwurst on Buns, with Red Onion, Jalipinos, and Southwest Sweet Spicy Mustard.
