Got a sale on jumbo shrimp. Bachelor style. Shrimp, butter, salt, pepper, old bay, wrapped in aluminum foil and cooked on the grill. Then dipped in homemade cocktail sauce - ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime

Left overs will go towards a poor boy for lunch

That will be for tonight so have not had it yet. The poutine is on the side not on the hot beef sandwiches. Oth, there is nothing stopping you from adding beef or anything else to the poutine itself. I have added leftover beef taco mix to a poutine which was very tasty and so was the hot beef sandwich that went with it. The same gravy works for both too.

Black Farmer Cumberland Sausages cooked in honey with mashed potatoes.

First time having this brand's sausages, I have had their eggs and they were the best tasting eggs I have had with a rich, dark orange yolk.
