I didn't know what a ham hash was, I knew a corned beef hash, this is a pic from the BBC recipes

Uses tinned potatoes which might be an odd choice but looks lie a very good breakfast, one of those that you put on the table and leave in the pan and call a 'help yourself'
Yes, many ways to do it but please no tinned potatoes for me. Normally it is for the evening meal for us as it is very filling.

Mmmm hash. Any left over corned beef gets turned into hash the next morning for breakfast. Easy to make - chopped up meat, diced potatoes, onion, shallots, garlic, kosher salt & fresh cracked pepper. I like to add some heat - diced up scorpion or reaper peppers work. Fried eggs, over easy on the side. Everyplace I've ever eaten it, it's been different.

Tonight the wife took out pork chops and we got some extra mushrooms to use up. Pork chops in a mushroom/onion gravy, rigatoni noodles, and something green

I had left over chuck roast done in the slow cooker with potatoes carrots onions and peas on the side with egg custard pie for dessert. I washed it down with diet Dr Thunder. (Walmart house brand Dr Pepper)
