What's the dinner tonight?

I am going to clarify what I had been calling homemade chicken soup. The homemade chicken soup was supposed to have gnocchi floating around in it and it did but in the cooking process a large number of the gnocchi broke open. The end result was that you might more accurately describe the soup as a potatoe soup. Either way it was a rich thick nourishing soup that was very tasty indeed.

Me too.... Making a large pot of Italian bolognese super rich sauce, with 1kg of mince beef, 250g of bacon, and 2 mince chorizo sausage with mix herbs, and finally add 500ml of beef bone broth and 250g of mushroom.

Simmering for three hours, and then add paste into pot of Italian bolognese sauce to mix everything together and serve.

For tonight's dinner it is large spinach salad with chicken chunks, sliced hard boiled eggs and whatever else the boss decides to throw in it.

Soccer games this morning. I have skinless chicken breasts available. The local grocery carries huge potatoes. I might get them together for a meal.
