I am in the mood for a Spring mix salad. I've been including more "roughage" in my diet.

Mussels Sangonaki

Patitsada (Beef stew in a spiced tomato)
Chicken Kontosouvli (barbecued on the Spit)
Rice with sweet corn
Pasta a la Grec

Strawberry Fraiser and a small wafer roll filled with a mousse ( unsure what its called. #1and #2 from top shelf

Spot on, now having cocktails in the lounge garden.

Tried some of the Snowdonia Smoked Cheese tonight. Was very nice.

Just a sandwich because soccer practice begins at 5. Grandson was invited to play on a select team for a June tournament. I’m pleased for him to have the opportunity.

We had a Canadian style pizza tonight. It was from a locally owned and run pizzeria and I believe they did put a drizzle of maple syrup on it too.
