We produce some excellent cheeses in Wales, especially those from the Snowdonia Company. The Snodownia Black Bomber Cheese is one of my favourites.

Saturday's dinner will be the same as Friday's dinner. The only changed will be using shaved Compliments Montreal smoked meat instead of shaved Panache Angus seasoned roast beef.
