What have you finished recently ?

How did you liked the DG soft heart? I am in hurry to finish one of the 4 soft hearts I ordered. There is no slickness in spite of using 3 times of normal soap I take for one shave.
DG Milksteak? I find it a very good soap - certainly wouldn't complain if it was the only soap I could buy. Have you tried using less soap? It's very soft and you might be picking up even more than you think...

faux pas was mine.
Yes it is milk-steak base. I did try all possible combinations with same results. In all honesty I have not tried remaining 3 tubs to notice a trait on the soap base, perhaps it was bad batch? However I am off the soft croaps they are passing as soaps now a days even when a perfect example delivers a good shave. These croap soaps just go off in due time.

One of B&M soap that I use sparingly Such that it isn't finished soon! Nicest scent in a shave soap I have used and I have tried dozens of them.
I don’t often hold back on using a soap because I like it too much. The only one I can think of is B&M Soft Heart Rhapsody.

Just finished my first Wickham's Soap - Cashmere.
What a very good artisan vegetal shaving soap.
Best suited to sensitive skin, for which I have.
Enjoyed every minute of using this soap, good smell, great performance, glide and post shave.
Least I have the Classic 24 soap left, so I can keep shaving with the Wickham soap.
