Finally ... finally got around to two series that I've had on the list all through their broadcast to the point it was best just to wait 'til they'd finished and watch the lot in one go.
Breaking Bad - superb from start to the last but one series. The last series was too much of a convenient wrap-up, but still well done. They should have left it at the end of series 4.
Dexter - slow burner, but got better and better. Just on the final series now. Charlotte Rampling really is an almost female Hannibal. Can't wait for the ending! Don't spoil it, please. I'm led to believe I should stop about 20 minutes from the end and make up my own ending.

Approaching the end of something right now ...I've binge-watched both Stranger Things 2 and Narcos series 3.
Stranger Things I absolutely loved - as good as, if not better than the first series IMO, likeable characters, great 80s vibe going on - Frankie Says Relax and watch Stranger Things
Stranger Things 2 is next up. I loved the first series, recommended by a good pal. Thinking back, I'm not entirely sure what it was about but it was a wonderful mashup of all sorts of '80s stuff from Goonies to Stephen King. Really well setup now for many series to come ... I hope.

Having watched the earlier series for both these - I need to watch these series! The actors in series 1&2 of Narcos were fantastic.I've binge-watched both Stranger Things 2 and Narcos series 3.

Narcos for me is vying for second place behind GOT - simply superb, and personally I really appreciated a more honest depiction of U.S. foreign policy, and how some of the contradictory aims served to undermine 'the war on drugs'. Excellent TV, brilliant characters - I could (and might) watch all 3 seasons again.
