Woohoo received it just now, taken a sniff and... It's a Terre d'Hermes clone! Very similar to D.R Harris Windsor and T&H Apsley. I'll see if it changes once lathered.

TdH, that is interesting, I found it to be more aquatic, something in between Eton and Cedar. Glad you like it though and that it reached. Definitely one I prefer the scent of.

That was just from a sniff out the bag, no aquatic notes but it may change in use, or even just once its free from the plastic. I kinda hope it does change as TdH gets no love in this house

Decanted into an old Proraso pre-shave cream travel pot. Completely different scent out of the bag, amazing how much that changed it?!

Did a test lather with the little bit that wouldn't fit into the pot, nice quality lather which was noob-proof easy to build... Had a little play with it and it seemed similar to other TOBS, which is a good thing overall. Now the scent... Forget TdH, this is a citrus/wood/aquatic, somewhere on the spectrum between Azzaro Chrome and Chanel Allure Homme Sport...Its in that ballpark and would probably pair beautifully with Floid Black aftershave.

One thing I have noticed is that after messing around with the lather in my hands 10 minutes ago they feel quite dry which is ominous, anyway I'll have a go with it either tomorrow or Monday. Hats off to TOBS for supplying & thanks to Nishy for distributing
