Tea ... who likes it?

I would think it’s safe to use with the staple in the bag. I have seen this with other brands and say it’s a tried and tested method of attaching the string and sealing the bag. Though it’s normally dropped in a cup with the tag hanging over the edge so you can recover the bag, don’t know about a saucepan. If I was to put it in the pan though, I’d take the paper tag off the string and throw the whole bag and string in. You could recover them easily with a slotted spoon or through a sieve/colander/tea strainer.

You could try ripping a bag open, empty the contents into your tea and strain the parts out afterwards. Or if you have a tea/herb infusion ball, you could transfer the contents in the bag to the ball and drop this into your saucepan.
Yea might take it out the teabag and then strain it out

Normally be strain out by the cinnamon sticks, cardamom etc anyways

Thanks for your help mate 👍

I am an inveterate coffee drinker but like the occasional cup of tea. The boss bought some Yorkshire black, orange pekoe tea the other day. It was very smooth and tasty. I had it black with a bit of brown sugar. I'll be drinking more of this tea for sure.

Coffee in the am, imperative.

Water most of the day and green tea when the circadian rhythm take a digger (afternoon).

Palais des Thes "Queen's Blend" up until this morning, that was the last teapot. Already replaced by "The des Lords", slightly heavier on the bergamot. Just finished a cup of their excellent "Genmaitcha Yama", green tea with roasted rice.

These people know their tea.

I really enjoy a tea with a good shot of bergamot. At the moment my afternoon cuppa is Stash Double Bergamot Earl Grey.

I'm a coffee guy. Freshly ground French Press mixed with frothed milk for a cafe au lait. 2 half cups of coffee with 2 half cups of frothed milk. That said I like tea as well. I've been enjoying Raspberry Zinger and Orange Zinger teas lately with organic honey added. I also like Green Tea as well for its health benefits. But my favorite tea of all is Lapsang Souchong. Dark smokey flavor. I drink that one unadulterated. No honey. In fact....

One cup of freshly ground brew straight black coffee every morning with no sugar, water throughout the day, and every afternoon straight black tea with no sugar.

Love my morning coffee but only one a day for me. Use a bean to cup machine so fresh ground beans every cup. After that it’s just a normal Yorkshire tea. Due to health reasons I try to cut back on caffeine.
