I've been using an old pour over method using a Chemex with frothed heavy cream. I found a nice permanent metal filter but have the branded brown paper type also. I learned a few years back that a special goose neck kettle was better for pour overs. Anyway, the metal filer allows the coffee bean oils to be in the coffee similar to my other press method.

I used the AeroPress with a stainless steel filter when brewing my coffee every morning.

The gold variety is an odd ball to me, it is quite pale and yet has strong flavour, not what you expect.

The biscuit variety of Yorkshire Tea is not good.

I see some very posh people on my travels and we talk over tea in the kitchen, I always expect them to have Fortnum and Mason tea or Harrods but time after time they bring out Yorkshire Tea.

It does have a bit of a cult following. She mainly likes stronger tea with less milk. Assam is always a winner with her. Ive bought her Harrods tea in tea bag form and it’s not bad. It’s just double the cost but it makes me look good when it’s a birthday present for her.

Loose leaf is always best but it’s a bit of a drama to make. Still it’s no different to taking time to make a nice coffee. Maybe I should open a series of tea shops to rival coffee shops selling decent teas.🙄

No complaints about Yorkshire Gold tea bags from me. I like a strong cup of tea as in I don't want to see the bottom of the cup sweetened with Demerara sugar.

Ringtons Gold tea bags as my every day brew, Kent & Sussex Tea & Coffee Co. do a wonderful range of some quite lovely teas and we’re very much enjoying their Queen Mary blend at the moment. I have a soft spot for Rose Congou as well but Matron’s not so keen. I cannot abide chai tea in lattes firm or otherwise. Earl Grey makes for a nice change on occasion.

Freshly grounded and brew coffee every morning, black tea throughout lunchtime towards the afternoon, and rooibos tea after dinner, and few more rooibos tea at night before bed. Also drank plenty of water throughout the whole day.

Daily tea drinker 2-5 cups a day. Green, fruit, spices,… all nice 😊. While writing this I enjoy some ginger tea. Cheers!
