Unknown razor with a modified Gem blade.
I've never seen a razor like this one before. It has a roller for a safety bar, a lower lather catching bar?...and a slide out stropping attachment in the handle. You secure the blade by tightening the handle much like you would a Clark's Silver King.

Friday 8th May...

A really nice shave today. I've been using a lot of vintage lately and felt like using some modern stuff - the Rockwell 2C plate 3 in particular - to try the Silver Star #2 on its second outing. It gave a really clean, efficient shave without a single mark. Fantastic.This blade is starting to impress now. The third outing will be very interesting.

This soap is very good and gives a superb performance as well having a lovely complex scent. A great way to start the weekend...

Another excellent Fatboy Friday shave this week.

Close, effortless and with just about as perfect an end result as I could have asked for.

Baker Street performed and smelled great once again as did Niveas post shave balm.

It's the 9th shave for this blade which was somehow still very sharp and smooth.
This may be a fluke, only time and use of a second blade from the pack once this one finally gives up will tell.

A nice evening shave today at the start of our 1st week back in Greece, our base is in Gouvia, a bit overcast and a few showers which we missed and the late sun is burning off the cloud, its brightening up.
