I think this is the first new soaps I've bought since November last year.
Impressed with the service, packaging and scents so far. We'll see how they perform over the weekend.

My first Chinese brush, not a big fan of the inscription on the handle but I liked it very much and for only 17euros delivered....couldn’t resist

Anyone else remember 18-24 months ago when DS sold that same handle with a Tux knot fitted? I posted about it on here and one American member got his knickers in a twist over the IP theft of a handle design. Low and behold within the next 24 hours they had been pulled from the site and DS denied having ever sold them at all lol. Can only assume he ran to Thater crying about it... Interesting to see DS re-release them, I failed to see at the time how you could copyright a handle shape.

Initial impressions are very good. Scent strength is good not weak like Noble Otter but not overpowering either.
I wasn’t sure about the Spanish Fern, it came across as spearmint gum. I kept going back to it as it reminded me of something but couldn’t quite put my finger on it. I thought it might be LASSC Topanga Fougere, then Bingo! It’s very close to MDC Fougere.
I really like the sample of Vanitas. Inspired by Amouage Jubilation XXV Man Perfume. It has a strong Incense note and reminds me of Comme Des Garons ‘Avignon’.
The two full tubs smell nice too. The tubs are great quantity and the labels look nice. I actually bought them for the artwork.
I really hope they perform well and don’t react to my skin. The last two soaps I bought, DG MOTI and A&E ‘Which One’s Pink?’ both gave me a burning sensation.
I'll tag you in my SOTD after I've used them.
