I bought a brass Karve with a B plate for a steal off one of the forums. Dont regret buying it. I want the stainless steel and aluminium one now (with OC plates)
I have the OC in C and E and I have to say, the SB is better IMHO. It is much smoother.

Has anyone purchased a razor from the website that's in stock? So the SS or Brass? Just wondering how quickly it was dispatched or if he's got massive delays while he's no doubt trying to catch up on ore orders of the aluminium/titanium.

Not personally, but I’ve seen a few comments on other forums from people who have recently ordered brass and SS and apparently they shipped in a few days, up to a week...
So no idea if he’s actually making any progress at all with the aluminium or titanium razors, but at least it sounds like he’s now managing to keep up with brass and SS orders.

I bought two stainless for Christmas gifts and they both shipped within 4 days. DHL was very quick in delivery. Chris is catching up.

He may never offer aluminum or titanium but only he knows. He will probably never answer your emails and he does not care. At all. Just glad he designed this wonderful razor.

Your certainly right on the emails! He's totally a one man show now isn't he? I suppose if the high demand is there he can crack on without any worries. There will come a time where he will need to get the customer communication and service better for sure in my opinion.

He does care! Chris startet communicating again. Received a very nice an polite message from him. Alas, a bit too late for my initial question concerning his razor, as I meanwhile found one in a german forum. But at least I still need OC plates for my Karve, which I will order there. These small brands do have their issues but it's still worth supporting them. Look at the nice greetings you receive with each order…

A while back I had a bit of email communication with Chris where we discussed the options with postage to Europe. DHL, although very fast, also adds a high brokerage fee to the orders. This makes it very costly to order small quantities like 1 plate. Since having this conversation with Chris, he has added the cheaper „Canada Post“ delivery option also for orders going to the EU. Less delivery cost, less brokerage fee, perhaps the possibility of the order slipping by customs (impossible with DHL). Ordering just 1 or 2 plates has become a definite option. Maybe Chris DOES care :)

Canada Post has been very efficient over the past few months with orders from Ryan at T+S. All deliveries have been made within 8-10 days, which I class as excellent under current conditions.

A friend send few straight in the beginning of December and I got them in 6 days from Canada with the Canada post. However he sent a package before New Years and I am still awaiting delivery. Perhaps they are catching up...

I have another order from Ryan on the way, shipped 9th. Hoping it arrives this week, based upon previous experience.

Ordered brass razor on 14/01 and it was dispatched today, so 3 working days. Decent. I did put in sales notes to change the 3.5 handle for the 4 but I'm not sure it's been done or not.

Doubt whether he‘ll have changed the order if he hasn‘t confirmed. The 4“ is probably too long and heavy anyway.

Canada post so far always delivers. sometimes bit late but it delivers. I ordered T+S soap on black Friday (26th Novemeber) and got it just at beginning of January.
The COVID Christmas messed up the postal service of the world IMHO but surely it'll catch up.

I used the Irish post and sent something to Canada in early December and it is still missing...
