OC. Would have been perfect otherwise.

Edit: He says OC - C plate is similar to SB - D Plate. What do you not like about the D plate?

Is it too aggresive?

Happens to me all the time with online purchases as well! Before I push the order button I'm checking carefully in case I want to add something in the basket but only after it's shipped do I remember that there was something I missed!

In any case I'm sure you'll enjoy your razor!

Too aggressive for me, yes.
Although the variation between D and B is visually nominal, I just find the B a fraction too mild but perfectly usable, and the D a fraction too aggressive.
I get slight irritation on a sensitive part of my neck with the D, which I just don’t get with the B. My face and 90% of my neck are happy with the D plate. It’s a shame.

A great relaxing shave last night with a mild but, deceptively efficient B plate. 3 passes plus minor chin buffing and it’s a wrap..... No losers in the Karve razor package. I’ve put in 6 straight shaves with the Karve and the various plates in the Open Comb configurations (B-D-F) and all have performed extremely well. The razor has excellent balance, weight distribution and great face feel. It’s a do it all shave system that delivers from soup to nuts. A wonderfully made and well executed razor.....

Aargh. Can’t wait for this to arrive.

How is the blade feel on B plate? Is it audible or muted?
