I did consider buying one and getting it plated, but it’s more faff.Me either. I very nearly did, as I like the design, but I don't like maintenance of brass. Steel/Aluminium, hell yes!
I agree with your opinion of the D plate shave, I will add also a little to mild for me.@Holyzeus & @missingskin, your observations regarding the efficiency of this razor is a bit interesting as I don't find Plate D as efficient as my Blackbirds.
I guess this is another example of subjectivity and how things are so very different, for all of us.
Please, understand that I find Plate D very efficient and smooth, but not quite as effective as my Blackbirds, in some areas of my neck, for some reason.
More pics please..........what wax are you using?Well there’s more eggs on the go, after i’ll Coat it in wax, maintainance free
Will do, gonna leave it till around 7 or 8.More pics please..........what wax are you using?
Thank you.He checked with me the blade gap and two days later I got shipping confirmation
I couldn’t track however due to the shipping I picked
Have to give him the benefit of the doubt I guess, was always spot on with meThank you.
I've sent him a couple of emails. The first time on the 1st and I haven't heard anything.
I've just had a look on another forum and it looks like I'm not on my own.
I did however read he has got back to to someone on the 6th and apologised for the delay.
NiceStainless Steel version in a few month

Ahem cough PILS coughI'll be interested to hear how you get on with yours. I know we both shared the same feelings on the Guerrila.
Which base plate have you gone with?
Ideally I'd like the smoothness of the Guerrilla but the efficiently of a Fatip.
Oh F*** off!!He also mentioned he’ll be looking at a Stainless Steel version in a few months and a polished version of the Brass.
