How does the Rocca V4 compare to the Dart?
The Rocca V4 I have kept and is a razor I enjoy using regularly , mine originally had a V2 plate and was rough but Muhle gave me the new plate and it has become a regular.

I have owned the Dart twice and couldn't get along with it I found I got a rough shave from them and found it dragged a bit , it is a very nice looking and well made Razor and I really wanted to like it.

However I now own a Blackbird and that to me is a wonderful, efficient yet smooth, it is a favourite razor.

Of course YMMV and just because the dart didn't suit me doesn't mean it won't suit you.

I feel the same way about the Dart. I can get a clean shave but not comfortable during the process.

I just pulled the trigger on the R95....I'm excited.... I can't believe how the Rocca went from a razor that was not in the running for any shave in the week to one that I want to use for every shave.... all thanks to the new v4 head.

This morning I tested the Rocca against the RR GameChanger 0.84, side by side. Both have similar blade gap.

They are both very smooth but the Rocca is more efficient, it gives a closer shave.

That's it for me, no more razors this year.

This was my experience also with the Rocca - as smooth as the RR GC .84, but more efficient, I also favour the Rocca over a Karve on a "D" plate.

I can only echo your impressions, I find Rocca more efficient than a D SB plate and equal with the D OC, but more blade feel ( which for me is a clear indicator to respect the blade, angle and pressure).
Also, I am very close to pull the trigger for an R95 very soon...yes, my final razor🤨

I think Muhle must be congratulated on persisting on fixing the problem with the Rocca, they are onto a winner now I think.

The other thing I'm liking about the Rocca is that I'm using different blades and with great results as in smooth shaves and as effective as sharp the blades are.

Will the Rocca become more popular than before? It seems there were a lot of unhappy folks, including myself, with previous versions of the head but I see more and more people buying the new version.
