Been wanting a Klaas "kissing cranes" for a while. It's a bit grubbier than it looked in the advert but should clean up alright, no hone wear just patina which is the main thing

Ordered in late Jan via Ali Express, didn’t arrive in time for this mornings shave so shall give it a go on Saturday.

Knot feels lovely, maybe a slightly higher glue bump and a bit more backbone than I’d prefer but will reserve judgement until I’ve used it a few times.

This Sagrada Familia is a beast. Loads soap like nobody's business.

It will take a couple of weeks to give you my full review, I'm abroad now

In any case, as you might know, this Rex is a modern version of the Gibbs, it is aggressive (far more than the Fatboy) and with noticeable blade feel. I've bought it even if I'm quite sure that I won't be able to use it over 3.5 dial mark.
