Ingram Cream - Discontinued At Superdrug / Savers?

Hello all, pardon me for my lack of appearance lately.

Ingram is still available at my local Rowlands chemist and online via a pharmacy I use for medication. It had better not disappear and I fully concur with @culcreuch sentiments. I can remember feeling deeply saddened when my favourite hand/bath soap, Wright's Coal Tar, ceased to be made in England by then producers, Smith and Nephew. Although it is still widely available, it has been made in Turkey for some years. I have absolutely nothing against our honourable Turkish brethren, I merely lament the loss of something so quintessentially English. HP Sauce with Parliament pictured on the front and so deeply ingrained as a part of British society - now made in the Netherlands. I love some Dutch cheeses but HP Sauce is as English as Winston Churchill!

No more Palmolive stick? Really? Now seriously considering a bulk order of Arko if Mater can handle the Turkish prison urinal cake/laundry odour (scent is much too genteel a word...)

Anyone got any good news?

Just called at my local Pharmacy and bought the last 2 tubes on the shelf. When I gave him the news he checked with his supplier who is also OOS.

Happens every time a product is discontinued or there is a hint of it being discontinued.

It may well indeed be Brexit killing off marginal products due to increased costs and general hassle. In particular if we crash out in a no deal scenario, then UK cosmetic certifications will no longer be valid. Whether or not existing certifications will be 'grandfathered' I don't know

Companies will have to sign up to the new UK scheme & get products certified for the UK (no deal scenario). I am sure Lornamead can afford it. They were bought by someone else & they are probably just cutting any products that don't make money.

I absolutely love Ingrams.

I phoned Loramead but there was no answer.

So looks like the only option is eBay from Egypt?

Or another menthol cream? Any thoughts?
