It's one of my all-time favourite books. I like a lot of King's work but mostly his early to mid stuff, including the three you mentioned. I also like Dean Koontz and Richard Laymon but, IMO, King at his peak is aptly named.
I do like Stephen King too and after reading all the major novels, I’ve found some of his newer work and short stories to be just as good too.

I think one of my favourites has to be Misery and / or Needful Things. I’m also a big fan of that small town group of friends theme he does which has been used so many times in other films and books like Stranger Things and Super8.

I have read a few Stephen King books in my time, the obvious favourite being The Green Mile. To throw a spanner in the works, I didn't expect it, but one that I really did enjoy was Delores Claiborne. The book is superb, the film not so much.

I have recently read and enjoyed Animal Farm by George Orwell. Although it is essentially an essay rather than a novel at a little over 100 pages it manages to cram in the human condition of politics, more specifically Communism and the idea that you should never trust anyone and if something seems too good too be true, it always is.
