Looks like someone got a Dremel to it. Especially when you look at the Regus brand8ng that’s been cut through, no manufacturer would do that. Regus being Gillette too. Probably used, I’d imagine not for shaving.Anybody got a clue???

Looks quirky enough but surely there would be massive chunks of bare blade exposed. At first, I thought a new shaver like me had played with it but it would just make it unusable with blades wouldn't it?Anybody got a clue???

That’s a seriously often used brush!
And never cleaned! That’s a seriously often used brush!
The wood is about five inches across, with a large flat bottom, almost seems like it was made to use with the brush sitting flat.Perhaps a gentleman would use it to whisk the dandruff from his coat?
Here you go… maybe it was the second prototype of a post excretion butt cleaner which never made it to production because 1, they didn’t know how to clean the first prototype thoroughly and 2, Monsieur Bidet came up with a better solution. Or not.The wood is about five inches across, with a large flat bottom, almost seems like it was made to use with the brush sitting flat.
