Good to hear you're enjoying the new job - SWMBO has worked as a Staff Nurse / Deputy Manager in a few care homes for people with various needs and she can't believe the differences in management culture and practices between different companies. Both in their attitudes to staff and those under their care. Like you though she loves her new job and hopes to stay there a good while yet.
