@Fox very kindly sent me a new balm to try out (Scottish Heather, I just love this scent). I'm happy to say that I was really impressed and found it to be very soothing and calming, no graininess at all, absorbed easily and left my face feeling great. I use a balm every single shave and I will certainly be getting more of this when I use this pot up.The graininess has been eradicated now. My new suppler provides me with a much finer grade of Allantoin.
