What's your best Simpson brush pick?

Before I transitioned to synth, Chubby 2 in super hit the sweet spot for me. What a beast, in every good way possible.

I just ordered a TULIP 1 in Super Badger!

I,too, have gravitated into smaller brushes , more control and easier to use.

I have the Chubby1 in Super and it might be my favorite in Simpsons. The Duke 3 in Best is excellent also. As is the M7 in Super.

I'm so happy I have several Simpsons in a rotation: use a different one every shave.

( of course, my handmade Griffith of Siberian Mammoth tusk with a 2 band Silvertip is my absolute favorite!!)
I can hear "The Flight of the Valkyries " in the distance when I use it!!!

I only have one Simpson, the Captain 2 in Best but absolutely love the knot and the handle.

Don't temp me Boycie  Fortunately I haven't been on the forum long enough to be able to partake in such dealings. I have a couple of brushes that I don't need hopefully arriving this week.

I don't care for the damnable ridge in many of the Simpson handles. So for me the Persian Jar's or Tulips are the brush of choice.

Stunning brushes you have there, I would love to try a Manchurian knot one day. Your Captain 2 Manchurian in butterscotch might just be my dream brush, love butterscotch. The brush handles are great aren't they, ideal for bowl or face lathering. I hate it when you get lather all over the handle, you don't get it with this style, enjoy.

The 58 also belongs in this group as well, a superb brush in either Manchurian or Best.
