What's the dinner tonight?

Grumpy old man
Decided to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving today, Sunday, a day early. We will be having a large Hickory Smoked Bone in Ham Shank that is pre cooked and then done in our oven. There will be mashed spuds and a couple of vegs served with it. For desert there will be pumpkin pie and Cool Whip to go with it.

A loaded baked potato for supper including ground peppercorns, sea salt, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, chopped pickeled red pepper, chopped scallions, real bacon bits, unsalted butter and sour cream.

I bake mine on 425F for two plus hours, then letting it cool some while remaining in the oven. Potato prep includes washing with a stiff brush, poking holes with a fork, drying, brushing on olive oil, and a few sea salt shakes.

Adding scallions or sweet onion was just a curious addition that has remained.
