It has some references to them as young trainees. You might be able to dip in and out of it. My wife watched it and enjoyed it but she's a nuts Manchester United fan. It was on Amazon last time I saw it but it'll be knocking around on YT or chunks of it will.

I read about the Class of 92, @Mark12 as well as Schole's evolution as a skinny kid with questionable talent to the star he became. Apparently is was known to drink a lot. I will look for the film. Thank you always.

What I enjoy about Beckham is his long kicks to strikers and how he learned to curve the pitch, if I use the term correctly. This give me and my grandson points of discussion. Plus, it's given me a fresh perspective on the mid field position.

The movie is kindly posted above in full by @Smiffy Scholes was asthmatic aswell which is quite remarkable in modern day sports.

I used to work with a guy who was a season ticket holder at Old Trafford and he once told me a story about Beckham and another player called Sebastian Veron who stood on opposite touch lines of the pitch in the warm up and they'd kick the ball to each other through the air, take one touch to control it without letting it touch the floor and send it back! :eek: This went on for 5 minutes or so apparently. It blew his mind and with good reason!
