Everything eventually turns into a Reuben when I get hungry enough. It’s the sauce. I mix the sauerkraut with the pickle relish and mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, etc, and then slap it on some kind of pan-fried cheese sandwich. It doesn’t even matter if I don’t have the right kind of bread or deli meat on hand.
Breakfast for dinner tonight. It will be air fryer done spud chunks topped with country style eggs and served with rashers of thick cut smoked bacon and brown beans in molasses sauce.
Repeat from last night using sour dough bread, sliced tomato and sweet onion, leaf lettuce, sliced ham, cheddar cheese times two sandwiches for supper.
