Don't tell me you are from Tamworth, New South Wales, the most obese City in Australia—more fat Bast@rds than you can shake a stick at. P.S. I know being an Aussie means you are only a short step from your convict past, but it's time to look to the Northern Hemisphere for food inspiration; you no longer need to eat convict rations. There is more to life than Bush Tucker Man and Rolf Harris.

Yes, one of our convict colonies was New South Wales; in fact, a few of my Welsh clan ended up in New South Wales, Wagga Wagga.

All our British/Scottish/Irish colonies families settled in the Eastern Suburbs in NSW after World War One and Two, and built a lot of houses and communities right through the 70’s.
