What's the dinner tonight?

For Sunday we will share a large thick cut bacon wrapped fillet mignon done on a cast iron skillet to med/rare. There will be air fryer done jacket/baked spuds and air fryer done asparagus to with it.

My lunchtime snack was a trip down memory lane, a steamed minced beef pie with loads of HP sauce, a 1960s-70s classic, every self-respecting Italian Cafe in the South Wales Valleys would be serving up a steamed pie with brown sauce. And bloody delicious it was.

Think that I prefer Pheasant. Was going to do Swede / Carrot mash but no Swede in shop. Sweet potato was good.
