Lemongrass Sticky Beef with Chive & Spring Onion Rice.

There is a lot of flavour going on there and looks top restaurant quality.

Just thinking what I would like to go with it, perhaps a sparkling white or a very light and cold ale.

I had something very similar in China at the Peninsula, another memorable day.

I do like apple in a salad. Orange too. I used to think of salads in fairly one dimensional terms but there are some great ones out there. Had to look up honey crisp apple. Nice to learn something new
