A bit. Probably.

It was tender, but merely pink in the center. I could have pulled it off a minute earlier. Gas grill, cooked over a cold zone, with hot zones on either side. I think I ran it up to about 450F between flips, and then just turned it down and let it coast and rest at the end.

Salt and pepper and then resting in the fridge for a few hours beforehand seems to help.
