I thought you were a member of the secret broccoli vegan society.I don’t know, the wife picked it!
No, it’s actually amazing stuff. I think here it’s called a Sunrise broccoli salad. The other is Tabbouleh.
Where do I sign up?!I thought you were a member of the secret broccoli vegan society.
Careful, your wife will make you sleep outside in the bloody doghouse.Where do I sign up?!
I have no problem being vegan as long as I can still eat meat.
Did you win in penalties or lose?Left over Asian spicy chicken and rice.
Our soccer adventure went well. We moved from the cheap seat bleachers to some comfortable ones. The teams tied so they used penalty kicks to determine the winner.
Things I have come to like about soccer is that it is a continuous activity for 90 minutes (usually), and normal sized people are playing. American, so-called, football's final 2 minutes can last for an hour...LOL!!
Lost.Did you win in penalties or lose?
In England, it's traditional to lose every single time...![]()
Ah I see I thought he might have been playing. Going to see a game is definitely a great way to encourage his love of the game. That's nice that you have a local club you can support.Lost.
Yes, I was watching England last week and their famous player, Harry Kane, made one penalty kick, but failed on the next to win.
The successful teams like Miami with Lionel Messi appear to me as an inexperienced observer, is where everyone knows their role is either to feed the ball to him or be in position to score in case he misses. He is an excellent passer as well, which does not get the glory, but is just as important of a skill as scoring.
My grandson is just naturally athletic and has an instinct of where to be, where the ball is, and where his teammates are as well. I'm just supporting his efforts and making sure he has the best opportunities to enjoy and be as successful as he decides he wants to be. I thought going to a professional match would be a part of his educational experience.
