Yesterday I posted I was having a Spring mix salad only to discover I had no Spring mix salad. I have an omelet instead. Tonight, I will have the salad.

Tesco's sun-dried tomato pesto is a thing of beauty. Quite oily but the flavour is very good. Smoked bacon and green beans with the rigatoni.
