A small diversion prompted after reading all the Asians foods above
Years ago, as an evening job, I counselled people who were setting up their own new and small business. One older Asian couple wanted to do something with food, she made some great samosas
I suggested that he obtained permission from the local pub to go in and sell the samosas, £1 each or 3 for £2. sold out first night, made more for the second night and sold out again. By the end of the week people were going to the pub for the samosas, the landlord was happy because beer sales were up and the husband was greeted like a long lost friend when he went around with his tray of food and dips.
