Cut up a few sausages in there! :hungry:
Perfect!!! I've never tried that but maybe I will next time. The local store makes a few different varieties of pork sausage. Fatty though! A little goes a long way. Maybe some grilled bell peppers and cream, too.

I just make it plain for the wife.

If I was cooking for me I'd make it a carbonara with cottage bacon, egg yolk, parmesan, and extra black pepper.

@JamieM I love a chilli and that looks superb, if I order it when I out I ask for a pot of mango chutney on the side, the waiter backs away and gives me the sign of the Cross but brings it anyway.

For me it will be some Irish soda bread, crisped in a frying pan, with two scrambled eggs and fig relish from Stokes.
