Couple months ago, found a pork butt on sale for a ridiculously cheap price. Bought it and stuck it in the freezer.

Wife's been complaining that its taking up to much room, so a couple days ago, got it out of the freezer and put it in the frig.

Just cut it in half and will cook 1/2 of it into a German pork, gravy, mushroom (maybe?) and allot of onions. It'll simmer all day and be dinner tomorrow

The other 1/2, I'll go full blown Mexican. Lived in an 80 year old Mother's house with my buddy, her son Use to help her cook and learned allot. Everything was long and old school. 1/2 the pork butt will be boiled in an assortment of diced up vegetables & onions until it falls off the bone. Then that meat will be mixed with some sort of Mexican-resembling sauce and baked. Then served on burritos and tacos. May even try papusa for the first time with the pork?

Huge pepperoni pizza from Antonio's Pizzeria, a normal dinner plate is too small for a slice!

Ordered Peruvian tonight. Didn't feel like going out. Got some chicken noodle soup, half a rotisserie chicken, shrimp arroz chaufa and some homemade mango drink. Enough for 3 or 4 meals.
