Avery large spinach salad with air fryer done chicken chunks, slices of boiled eggs and whatever else the boss decides to toss in. There will also be peaches and cream corn on the cob with butter and salt.

Twice baked potatoes loaded with bacon and mature cheddar and served with my Chilli.
Stage 1, bake them
Stage 2, empty the "shells" mash the potatoes with milk, butter, sea salt and black pepper mix in the bacon and cheese then load the jackets.

Stage 3, bake them again

then add extra cheese topping.
Stage 4, serve them up and get it down-ya.

Lovely.

Went to cook dinner last night, grabbed the pack of chicken thighs I bought, opened it up and realized I got wings instead.

Since the wifey ain't into wings, and since I already had a vegetable, corn, and gravy made, defrosted some ground beef and shaved steak, chopped the steak up, and made meatloaf.

Wife's cooking tonight. Dinner's a surprise

I had rubbed some wings earlier and cooked them up in an air fryer for lunch. Sauce was volcanic. Have to make sure the wife is out of the house when I make this
