a good day was hoppening till the early evening... just keeping most of the crap out... it's 0100ish Moonday and the last snooze we had ended Saturday around 2400... this hit pretty hard in the thinking things... going to do another little excersize thing and hope the sleep happens...

Got a call early this afternoon.m., a guy I know from USAF Commissary who has been in VA- Hospital over 60 days, has taken turn for worst......Apparently he will not be recovering as projected......Agent Orange strikes again.
