What is your best budget shave cream?

This thing does it lather with brush Darron?
It is the same brand that makes this St James of London cream that I have?
You are really an enabler! I'm about to press the button. My wallet won't be hurt.

What I tend to do is palm lather, put some cream in the palm of my hand and swirl a wet brush into it to whip up a lather. It can also be bowl lathered.
