Didn’t enjoy it? I found the vegan line fairly mediocre to be honest.
I think for this value are better options. I only use vegetal/vegan soaps and I don’t rate this base highly. And then it’s the durability, I only got less than 30 shaves out of it. But I have to mention the Serum, probably one of the best AS that I’ve experienced.

Yes the Serum balm is very good. The shaving butter line not so much, loved the scent of the Wood Lavender soap but i found the performance lacking compared to Kaizen.

I see they have just released a new Vegan base called VR-1.

Yes - I've noticed mine is surprisingly depleted after only a few uses.

Milksteak base. It performed as intended and took lot of water to reach where slickness was to my liking. Out of 4 milksteak soaps this is 2nd I am finishing but I wont be replacing any soap here onward. This dish sits in ambient temperature of around 21C and not overly hot by any stretch of imagination; yet it stay softer than Kid's play dough. I cant imagine using a brush to load in summers when I am scooping it out with fingertip in winter! Saving grace, I could use entire soap before it goes off in hot weather. 2 more to get on with.
