Currently awaiting a Pinnacle Grooming Ayrton Senna soap and splash set. Order was made in January but I'm getting a bit concerned about their lack of communication. Luckily I took a screenshot of my order, yet I have not received an order confirmation email or tracking number. My banking app confirms that payment was made. I have messaged via their website and also via whatsapp through facebook and it's been nothing but tumbleweed. Anyone else have a similar experience?
