Ordered some 7 o'clock greens last night, and a tube of Proraso red. The blades were a reasonable price, under €20 for 100. Happy enough with that, should keep me smooth for a while.

The standard plate (I only have it in 3D): Shaves one week's or more growth with ease and you have to double check if there is any blade loaded. Holy molly.

I also found that the brushed top cap is practically scratchproof. An excellent choice if someone has OCD.
