I have two used Gem blades in my blade bank from my Sabre V2 that I will retrieve and take the spine covers off, I plan to then run the edges off by scraping them on the pavement a few times. Do you think that should be good enough and does it really improve the shave using the Gem over the Feather?

I find the Feather blades to be rubbish.

The Genesis is a razor for those that want a very safe shave - it’s about a dangerous as a butter knife, which is why I sold mine. So keep the packaging

Apparently the hack only works on the older models, Oneblade sussed it out a did some "twiddling" in the head to stop the hack.
I use modified blades in mine and do enjoy using it, carefree BBS every time.

Well the scales are just untipped at the moment Christopher - almost perfect / but just out of sync.

DE - hone.
SINGLE EDGE - occams.

and so the trifecta would be a gem blade razor / so I’d be happy with a genesis because a gem razor will never be my go to - but then all aspects are covered
